I start off with an optional connective energetic practice to tune both into a shared heart center, and we go from there!

 

The aesthetic and location should be whatever feels authentic, representative, exciting, and/or symbolic of your connection: at home in your skivvies, sharing a mountain sunset, in each-others arms in gala wear, naké in a river; the options are endless.
